1.Prepare the Surface: Make sure the surface where you'll apply the sticker is clean and dry. Use a mild detergent if needed and let it dry completely.
2.Peel off the Backing: Locate the edge of the sticker where the backing begins. Gently peel back the backing, being careful not to tear the sticker or leave any residue on the adhesive side.
3.Position the Sticker: Carefully place the exposed adhesive side of the sticker onto the desired spot on the surface. Take your time to ensure it's positioned correctly, as the adhesive is strong and may not allow repositioning once it's stuck.
4.Apply Pressure: Once the sticker is in place, use your fingers or a flat, soft object (like a squeegee or a credit card wrapped in a soft cloth) to press down firmly on the entire surface of the sticker. This helps to ensure good adhesion and removes any air bubbles.
5.Peel off the Protective Tape: Starting from one corner, gently peel back the protective tape at a 180-degree angle, keeping it close to the surface. Try to avoid pulling the tape at a sharp angle, as it may lift the sticker along with it.
6.Smooth out any Air Bubbles: If you notice any air bubbles trapped under the sticker, use a small pin or needle to puncture the bubble and gently press the air out towards the puncture hole.
7.Final Inspection: After removing the protective covering, inspect the sticker to ensure it's securely adhered to the surface without any wrinkles or bubbles. If needed, press down on any areas that seem to be lifting.
Following these steps should result in a well-applied sticker with a clean finish.
